Recruiter (Internal)
Atlanta, Georgia (flexible in‑state working available)
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 base performance bonus (OTE dependent on experience)
About Lead Forensics
Lead Forensics is a fast‑growing B2B SaaS business with offices across the US and UK, and a team of over 350 people globally. Our proprietary technology empowers businesses to identify who is visiting their websites, understand engagement behavior, and convert that insight into high‑quality sales opportunities.
Recruitment plays a critical role in our continued growth, particularly across our Sales and Commercial teams in the US.
About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and delivery‑focused Recruiter to join our US recruitment team, based in Atlanta. This role is ideal for someone with prior recruitment or resourcing experience who enjoys being hands‑on, proactive, and highly involved in outreach and pipeline generation.
You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on proactively sourcing and engaging talent, rather than relying solely on inbound applications. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines across our Atlanta and Arizona offices, ensuring we consistently attract high‑quality talent in a competitive market.
This is a target‑driven role with clear expectations, structured progression, and the opportunity to increase scope and earning potential as you develop.
