Position Summary:
Join the American Connection Corps (ACC) to strengthen rural communities in Tennessee by supporting Cradle to Career initiatives. ACC Members help build statewide coalitions, develop local partner capacity, engage community champions, and advance policy and system change to improve outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a regional landscape analysis of place-based initiatives and policy influencers.
- Support partner competency growth plans to strengthen cross-sector collaboration.
- Identify and mobilize 10 community champions for advocacy and coalition-building.
- Assist in statewide coalition efforts to support legislation advancing cradle-to-career outcomes.
- Manage communication and feedback between coalition members, community champions, and leadership.
- Submit monthly progress reports on engagement, partnership growth, and advocacy impact.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a passion for rural community development.
- Personal or professional connection to rural Tennessee preferred.
