Senior Sales Executive - Tobin Scientific
Based in New England (Boston metro preferred)
Tobin Scientific is a multi-generational leader in cGMP storage, biorepository, and specialized logistics for the life sciences industry. They are investing heavily in growth and are now expanding their commercial team to accelerate market penetration across biotech, pharma, and research.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities in life sciences and related verticals. Build and execute a personal territory/account plan.
- Grow existing customer accounts through cross-sell and expansion.
- Partner with operations, project management, finance, and quality to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction.
- Represent Tobin Scientific at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Requirements
- Hunter - prospecting, opening doors, and closing new logos.
- Strong track record of driving new business and growing existing accounts.
- Already familiar with the life sciences ecosystem, ideally bringing an established network or book of business.
- Self-sufficient, entrepreneurial, and comfortable running their own pipeline.
- Coaching or team mentorship experience is a plus
