We are committed to fostering strong relationships, supporting local economic growth, and we believe in the power of being an integral part of the community we serve.Role Description:The Service Message Processor will be responsible for understanding and assisting in processing bank and client wire transactions. This role offers tremendous growth opportunities to learn from other Payments experts in an inclusive, supportive, technology-driven environment.In this role you will:Process, log, and track all incoming and outgoing wire service messages with accuracy and adherence to established operational standards.Respond to Letters of Indemnity (LOI), Hold Harmless letters, and similar inquiries received from other financial institutions, ensuring timely and professional communication.Assist with subpoena and legal information requests, coordinating with internal teams to gather required documentation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.Review, research, and assist in resolving wire-related disputes, providing clear documentation and escalation support when needed.Communicate professionally with clients, co-workers, and external financial institutions, offering clear explanations, follow-up, and resolution support.Engage with correspondent banking partners as necessary to process inquiries, research requests, or exception items.Process detailed research requests from branches, clients, and internal stakeholders, delivering thorough and timely responses.Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance service quality.Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to team goals and operational excellence.Qualifications:Have at least 1-2 years of banking experience Wire processing experience preferredAre action-oriented, with strong organization skills and attention to detailHave strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make judgements with the information providedAre curious, have humility, are open to learning and approach your work with a growth mindset Thrive working in a fluid environment with high autonomyDisplay exceptional communication skills while offering client support to internal and external clientsWhat we offer:At Lead, we design our benefits to support company culture and principles, to foster an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to create the conditions for our team to give their best in both work and lifeCompetitive compensation based on experience, geographic location, and roleMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k Matching, and other wellness benefits, including FSA, HSA and HRAPaid parental leaveFlexible vacation policy, including PTO and paid holidaysA fun and challenging team environment in a dynamic industry with ample opportunities for career growth *Lead Bank is proud to have an inclusive culture committed to ensuring equal employment opportunity in all employment decisions regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, military status, veteran status or any other legally protected status.*Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
