What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nanny / Household Manager position at Lead Artisan?
Mom and Dad are business owners (we work from home). We live on the border of Mason / Lebanon Ohio.
Some responsibilities:
- School pickups/drop-offs, some sports practices, activities.
- Light meal prep, baking, and cooking—sometimes for kids, sometimes with kids.
- Laundry (parents kids),
- Organizing and reseting and restocking the house chaos...daily, weekly, and quarterly bigger projects if time allows.
- Activities with girls ie: going to the library.
- Helping the boys with homework. (5th and 3rd graders)
In the interview we will go over a sample weekly schedule.
Bonus Points:
- You already know how to bake. We bake fresh sandwich bread, and muffins weekly.
- You love the idea of helping steward a God-first, health and fitness-focused household.
We live on a peaceful, shared farm....think chickens, pigs, goats, sheep clean air, big skies.
This job can be a 30-40 hour a week job. Super bonus is the Husband and Wife can leave the country and you stay and hold down the fort for a 3 day or 7 day sprint once a quarter.
