Client Service Associate

Our client, a growing wealth management practice based in Scottsdale, is hiring a Client Service Associate. The right candidate should have high attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and be a proactive problem solver.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Coordinating and scheduling client meetings
• Manage the client onboarding experience by assisting with applications, and other tasks
• Triage and assist with client service requests
• Keep accurate records in the CRM system
• Work with other team members to ensure case preparation is completed for advisor’s client meetings
• Handle other administrative duties for the practice

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in Financial services experience is preferred
• Experience using Microsoft office and Excel
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Location: 3 days in office

Salary: 55-65k
