Our clients, growing wealth management firms are seeking talented professionals with high capacity to build a financial planning practice as an advisor.
Having prior financial experience is NOT required as the right candidate will be sponsored for industry licenses (investments/insurance/Certified Financial Planner), have access to a financial planning training program along with mentorship and infrastructure to build a practice.
This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to build a business while having access to support. If you are looking for the traditional employee role, this may not be the right role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your personal book of business by actively prospecting and generating new client leads.
- Leverage existing professional, community, and personal networks to identify opportunities.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Deliver presentations and financial plans that may address: savings, investments, retirement, insurance, education, income/cash flow planning and other financial priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with high motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to obtain FINRA licensing (Series 7, 66, or equivalent) and applicable state insurance licenses.
- Passion for helping clients achieve financial goals and willingness to build a career from the ground up.
