Client Service Associate
Our client, a growing wealth management practice based in Scottsdale, is hiring a Client Service Associate. The right candidate should have high attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and be a proactive problem solver.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Coordinating and scheduling client meetings
- Manage the client onboarding experience by assisting with applications, and other tasks
- Triage and assist with client service requests
- Keep accurate records in the CRM system
- Work with other team members to ensure case preparation is completed for advisor’s client meetings
- Handle other administrative duties for the practice
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Financial services experience is preferred
- Experience using Microsoft office and Excel
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Location: 3 days in office
Salary: 55-65k
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
