Job Title: Service Technician (Camper Technician)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled RV Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain campers and recreational vehicles. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose issues in campers and RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural)
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations on a variety of camper models
- Troubleshoot appliances such as refrigerators, water heaters, furnaces, and air conditioning units
- Complete roof repairs, sealing, and leak detection
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure units are road-ready
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings clearly
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in RV, automotive, or mechanical repair preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and propane systems is a plus
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and hand/power tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not a determent to hire
- Exceptional work ethics and attendance
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces
