We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our Express Wholesale Lending team. Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Source and onboard wholesale brokers specializing in Fix & Flip, Bridge, and Ground-Up Construction loans. Evaluate deal viability and ensure alignment with credit guidelines, structure transactions in collaboration with internal teams. Manage and track pipeline activity through Salesforce and other CRM tools. Execute consistent outbound prospecting and follow-up to maximize broker engagement. Represent Genesis Capital at industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence. Partner with leadership to refine processes and contribute to best practices for the channel. Achieve and exceed KPIs related to broker onboarding, call activity, deal submissions, and fundings. Established broker network or ability to build one quickly. Strong understanding of business-purpose lending products (Bridge, Fix & Flip, Ground-Up) and underwriting principles. Tenacious sales drive with comfort in high-volume outreach. Process-oriented with a focus on mitigating risk and ensuring quality loan performance.
