Principal Duties Prepares mortgage document binder for Homeownership Operation Centers Manages timeframes on sending insurance application to government agencies Handles document deficiencies with internal branches Manages report data on outstanding loans in process Records and tracks MIC’s received Handles USDA and VA Loan Note Guarantee’s Other duties as directed. Education and Experience Requirements High School diploma or equivalent 2 year’s of government insuring experience. 3 years of mortgage experience is preferred. Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements Knowledge of government mortgage documents Detailed oriented able to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Team oriented with ability to interact within and outside of the organization Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with quality in a fast-paced environment While this description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the position’s requirements, it in no way implies/states that these are the only job responsibilities.
