Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental Insurance • Flexible Schedule • Health Insurance • Paid time off • Vision Insurance Job Description Essential Functions Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming and spot clean carpets. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage to floors and other objects. Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms. Empty trash cans for proper disposal; use of compactor for certain materials. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaners and equipment. Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies and maintaining the janitorial closet orderly. Other duties as assigned, as required by scope of work or customer needs. Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of basic janitorial duties and responsibilities very helpful. Must have good listening and verbal communication skills. Must maintain a neat appearance. Uniforms will be provided. Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. 6 months of experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired. Authorized to work in the U.S. Physical Demands Repetitive physical movements including the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, including the ability to walk long distances.
