This position requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for office coverage, ordering supplies, answering and directing phone calls, and managing files. In addition to these traditional responsibilities, the role includes coordinating and supporting sponsorship-related activities, serving as a primary liaison between sponsors and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and partnership management. JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS Type: Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00p Education: - High School diploma or equivalent- required - Bachelor's degree- preferred.
