Remote T2 CS - Virtual Stylist - Phone & Video Support

About the Role Our client is seeking a Virtual Stylist to provide personalized shopping support for customers exploring fine jewelry - particularly lab-grown diamonds and custom engagement rings. You’ll help guide clients through their purchasing journey, offering expert advice, thoughtful recommendations, and a warm, personalized experience.This is a customer-facing role focused on helping each shopper feel confident and excited about their purchase decisions. This is a remote role as a contractor within the US only. Hours Commitment: 15 hours weekly (3 hours daily) Weekly Operating Hours: Mon-Fri business hours EST Orientation Begins: Nov 24th or sooner What You’ll Do: Conduct one-on-one virtual styling sessions with customers (phone and possibly video) Assist clients with: Choosing their first diamond Comparing lab-grown vs. mined diamonds Selecting gifts or self-purchase pieces Understanding the 5 C’s of diamonds Provide expert, friendly, and brand-aligned customer support Maintain accurate session notes and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience Act as a Tier 2 point of escalation when not in appointments - supporting Tier 1 agents by assisting with complex customer inquiries or challenging cases Who You Are: Passionate about jewelry and knowledgeable about the 5 C’s of diamonds Enthusiastic about helping customers make meaningful purchases Comfortable engaging with customers via phone and (potentially) video - polished, personable, and professional on camera Attuned to the interests and styles of millennial and Gen Z shoppers Confident communicator who can turn curiosity into conversion Experience with Zendesk preferred If you love jewelry, excel at personal connections, and enjoy helping others find something truly special, this role is the perfect fit.
