We do Consulting Differently BRG’s Corporate Finance practice provides strategic, operational, and financial advisory services to private equity firms, management teams, investors, and lenders navigating complex transactions or company transitions. As an Intern within our Transaction Advisory team, you’ll gain hands-on experience evaluating businesses, identifying key value drivers, and supporting buy-side and sell-side due diligence. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver clear insights into financial performance and deal considerations. Key Responsibilities: Support client engagements analyzing financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital trends, and overall business performance. Build and refine financial models, presentations, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations. Collaborate with BRG professionals and client teams to meet engagement objectives. Contribute to client pitches, marketing efforts, and practice development initiatives. Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. CPA eligibility and prior experience in finance, accounting, or consulting are preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team setting. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
