As an Associate Director in our Forensic Technology, Investigations & Discovery practice, you will combine data and financial analysis in complex litigation, crisis response, due diligence, foreign corruption, fraud, product liability, and regulatory investigations for our clients and senior management in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial, transportation, and government sectors. This person is innovative, a strategic thinker, enjoys solving hard problems, and uniquely curious. They will be required to delegate and lead the work of other staff taking responsibility for the accuracy of their work. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Pro-actively manage own case load and that of the team, providing periodic update to Principals and clients. Key Responsibilities: Optimize dashboard performance, including data refresh rates, load times, and user experience. Lead the development of data visualization standards and best practices to ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across all dashboards and reports. Must have experience managing large workstreams. Collaborate with senior team members to understand client needs, develop project plans, and implement advanced technology solutions. Assist with rollout of new service offerings related to trial preparation. Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and legal tech to suggest and implement innovative solutions. Contribute to client meetings and communications, providing updates and addressing any concerns. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines. Provide direction and support to project team. Perform quality control on client project deliverables. Monitor and report on the progress of projects to all stakeholders. Evaluate project results and identify changes that can be implemented for future work. Desired Skill and Experience: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the areas of business, finance, or accounting. Minimum of eight (8 ) years of relevant experience in discovery processes, tools and systems with consistent use of innovative technology. This person will typically have come from a Big Four consulting firm supporting direct client work. Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver critical insights to both internal stakeholders and external clients. Experience working in trial preparation environments, either in law firms or service providers. Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction. Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem solving that instills client confidence, wins repeat business and generates excellent referrals. Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints. Displays professionalism, quality service and a "can do" attitude.
