We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a Program Director! This role directs all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. As the leader that embodies and reflects the community of San Antonio, you will work with all program stakeholders including our utility client, area contractors, and customers, to ensure alignment on a cohesive vision delivering the service that differentiates CLEAResult and our energy efficiency and demand response programs. Our Program Directors are very hands-on. This role requires someone who leads by example, is anticipatory, and is strategic.
