Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems and process payments securely
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Support guest relations by providing friendly service in a welcoming atmosphere
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, including fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is advantageous
- Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively
- Background in hospitality, guest services, or host/host roles is beneficial
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, and general restaurant operations will be considered an asset
