We are a fast-paced restaurant with a casual dining atmosphere, offering a blend of French flavors. Our menu features sandwiches as the core, complemented by daily specials inspired by traditional French cuisine. Additionally, we are known as a French pastry shop, showcasing over 40 kinds of pastries daily.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with a love for the food industry and a strong eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Cook with precision on a flat-top grill, including preparing eggs to order.
- Use a manual scale accurately for portioning.
- Handle tasks requiring physical strength, including regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain attention to detail and consistency in all tasks.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay focused under pressure.
- Follow a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed..
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience cooking on a flat-top grill.
- Experience in high-volume kitchen
- Ability to execute daily special independently
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Culinary School Diplomat ,French or Italian Cuisine Back ground is preferred
