What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging
- Basic irrigation system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides safely and effectively
- Plant installation, transplanting, and seasonal garden preparation
- Operate and maintain professional-grade equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small machinery
- Diagnose and treat plant diseases, pest issues, and soil problems
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects and client consultations
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional landscape maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with commercial-grade equipment operation and basic maintenance
- Knowledge of plant identification, pruning techniques, and seasonal care requirements
- Understanding of irrigation systems and water management
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
