Overnight Bread & Croissant Baker


Full-Time | 1:00 AM – 9:30 AM

$20–$21/hour DOE


Bake the breads and croissants enjoyed across all 10 Parfait Paris locations every morning.


Parfait Paris is looking for a dependable and motivated baker to join our overnight commissary team. This role is primarily responsible for baking our breads and viennoiserie, ensuring every location receives fresh, high-quality products each day.


What You’ll Do:

• Proof, bake, and finish croissants, pastries, and breads according to company standards

• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality throughout production

• Follow overnight production schedules to meet daily delivery deadlines

• Prepare products for dispatch to all retail locations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment


What We’re Looking For:

• Previous baking experience required (bread and/or viennoiserie preferred)

• Ability to work independently and manage overnight production responsibilities

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working overnight hours

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Panadero Nocturno de Pan y Croissants

Hornea los panes y croissants que se disfrutan cada mañana en nuestras 10 sucursales de Parfait Paris.


Parfait Paris está buscando un(a) panadero(a) confiable y motivado(a) para unirse a nuestro equipo de producción nocturna en la cocina central. Este puesto es responsable principalmente de hornear nuestros panes y productos de viennoiserie, asegurando que cada sucursal reciba productos frescos y de alta calidad todos los días.


Responsabilidades:

• Fermentar, hornear y finalizar croissants, panes y otros productos de panadería siguiendo los estándares de la empresa.

• Supervisar los tiempos de horneado, temperaturas y calidad del producto durante todo el proceso de producción.

• Seguir los programas de producción nocturna para cumplir con los horarios de entrega diarios.

• Preparar los productos para su distribución a todas las sucursales.

• Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio, organizado y cumpliendo con las normas de seguridad alimentaria.


Lo que buscamos:

• Experiencia previa en panadería requerida (preferiblemente en pan y/o viennoiserie).

• Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y gestionar las responsabilidades de producción nocturna.

• Persona responsable, puntual y cómoda trabajando en horario nocturno.

• Gran atención al detalle y compromiso con la consistencia y la calidad.

• Capacidad para levantar y transportar hasta 50 libras (23 kg).
