Responsibilities
- Complete repairs efficiently and according to manufacturer standards
- Perform routine maintenance services and inspections
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Stay current on manufacturer training and repair procedures
- Ensure all work is completed safely and correctly the first time
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a lube technician preferred
- GM or ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High level of personal and professional integrity
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
