Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Assistant:
- Engage with customers in retail locations to promote water delivery services.
- Educate customers on service options, pricing, and the benefits of home and office water delivery.
- Close sales by confidently presenting offers and assisting with sign-ups on the spot.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and following up as needed and recommend additional services and features based on customer lifestyle or business needs.
- Support the rollout of new marketing campaigns in high-traffic retail settings.
- Assist with brand promotions and customer engagement strategies to boost visibility and awareness.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to help refine campaign messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh ideas for outreach and customer acquisition.
- Track campaign performance metrics and help optimize for better results.
- Represent our brand in a polished, professional, and enthusiastic manner at all times.
Preferred Qualifications of the Sales and Marketing Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, especially in customer-facing roles such as retail or hospitality (preferred but not required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment.
