About the position
As a Prep Cook/Cashier, you are responsible for preparing cold food, such as sandwiches, salads, chia pudding, .... You are also responsible for welcoming guests, providing expertise and assistance in the Deli department, as well as creating beautiful displays that you will keep neat, clean, and accurately labeled.
Your main responsibility is to prepare food for customers, take catering orders, and maintain the stocks full. You are in charge of providing the best experience to customers and checking out customers during the day.
Your responsibilities
- Stock products on our display cases.
- Keep a clean and organized space on the floor and in the walk-in.
- Take care of the customers in the Deli department.
- Serving customers as they need in terms of sandwiches, charcuterie, salads & more.
- Cutting and refilling the cheese Grab’n’Go fridge & bulks
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
- Prepare salads & sandwiches for catering orders.
- Check-out Customer

Physical Demands
- Must be able to spend 6-8 hours per day on your feet.
- Must be able to lift between 10 & 40 pounds.
Qualifications
- Previous retail and food service experience.
- Experience with customer service.
Pay Range & Benefits
- $21-24/hour with tips
