About the position
As a Deli Clerk, you are responsible for stocking incoming and backstock product on our walk-in, meat & fish cases, charcuterie & cheese case. You are also responsible in welcoming guests, provide expertise and assistance in the Deli department, as well as creates beautiful displays that you will keep neat, clean, and accurately labeled.
Your main responsibility is to serve customers as they need, such as cutting charcuterie or advise them the best piece of fish or meat for they dish. You are also in charge of preparing sandwiches and salads for customer when the kitchen menu is open.
Your responsibilities
- Stock product on our display cases.
- Keep a clean and organize space on floor and in the walk-in.
- Taking care of the customers at the Deli department.
- Serving customer as they need in term of sandwiches, charcuterie, meat, and fish.
- Cutting and refilling the cheese Grab’n’Go fridge.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude.

Physical demands
- Must be able to spend 6-8 hours per day on your feet.
- Must be able to lift between 10 & 40 pounds.
Qualifications
- Previous retail and food service experience is a plus.
- Experience with customer service.
- More than experiences, we are looking for someone that is willing to grow and have leadership in a company.
Pay Range & Benefits
- $18-21/hour tips.
