What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Le Macaron French Pastries?
Le Macaron French Pastries has 2 locations in Huntsville [ Bridge Street and Valley Bend], and we are looking for 1 or 2 team leaders to join our team.
Positions can be part time or full time, with flexible schedule. Must be able to work most Saturdays and Fridays.
Can also be a perfect opportunity if you are a college student or even a senior in high school.

Responsibilities
- Open and close the store, operate the POS, restock the store offering
- insure perfect service to customers, insure that only perfect pastries are served.
- Train and lead team members as needed
Qualifications
- customer service: bakery, restaurant, or retail
- experience in food industry: café, bakery, etc.
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 – 40.0 per week
