Role Description
This is a full-time Lab Tech role located on-site in Las Vegas, NV. The Lab Tech will be responsible for managing and operating laboratory equipment, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, and assisting in the preparation and formulation of products. Additional responsibilities include performing analytical tasks to support product excellence and maintaining overall laboratory protocols and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating Laboratory Equipment and performing Laboratory Skills
- Experience in Quality Control processes
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing product formulations and data
- Practical knowledge and experience as Laboratory Technicians
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise protocols and safety standards
- Prior experience in cosmetics, fragrances, or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education in a scientific field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
