Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Associate/Assistant Supervisor to provide support for the primary Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the monitoring of casino game tables, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, delivering excellent guest services, and assist in managing a team of game monitors. Your leadership will help create a welcoming and fair environment for guests while maintaining operational integrity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of casino game monitors
- Oversee the monitoring of table games to ensure adherence to gaming policies and procedures.
- Relieve/fill in for primary supervisor when necessary
- Verify that chip transactions are done accurately while maintaining strict security protocols.
- Resolve conflicts or disputes at gaming tables efficiently, promoting a positive atmosphere for players and staff alike.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- At least one year experience in third party proposition player services or related casino experience.
- Working knowledge of all table games serviced at the casino
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining attention to detail and operational standards.
- Must be able to work 12-hour overnight shifts and be available to work weekends
Pay: $22.00 per hour
