· Are patient, encouraging, and approachable
· Maintain high standards while building student confidence
· Take ownership of student outcomes
· Communicate professionally and consistently
· Demonstrate strong attention to detail

Le Fashion Lab is built around a facilitator-led, hands-on instructional model.
We do not believe in leaving students to “figure it out on their own.”
Our instructors actively:
· Demonstrate techniques
· Observe student work
· Provide corrections and feedback
· Troubleshoot challenges
· Encourage persistence
· Celebrate growth and achievement
Students choose Le Fashion Lab because of the personalized attention they receive. Protecting that experience is one of our highest priorities.

· Prefer minimal student interaction
· Expect students to learn independently with limited guidance
· Are uncomfortable providing individualized support and feedback
· Lack patience when working with beginners
