Requirements & Skills:
• Active Indiana esthetics license
• 1–3 years hands-on experience preferred (newer estheticians with strong training and commitment will be considered)
• Experience with facials, dermaplaning, peels, and advanced treatments
• Strong consultation skills with the ability to educate clients and recommend treatment plans
• Confidence in retail recommendations and home-care education
• Excellent sanitation, organization, and time-management skills
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to continue learning and growing
Bonus (preferred, not required):
• Experience with medical-grade skincare lines
• Laser, microneedling, or advanced device experience
