The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
The Consumer Service team is looking to add temporary employees from mid-September through December to work in a fast-paced environment in our Early Branch, SC, office. In this important role, you will primarily focus on answering and responding to inbound phone calls and tickets. If you enjoy multitasking, this position is for you! You will help to serve as part of our front line of communication, navigating resources and solving inquiries relating to consumer needs. Your cultivated knowledge will make you an informational support specialist. From handling consumer calls about our services to researching solutions to consumer needs, you will be a key part of the team in everything you do.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone calls and respond to customer inquiries submitted through Zendesk in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries submitted through Zendesk Support tickets.
- Research required information using available resources while adhering to the written procedure, guidelines, and resource tools.
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, product questions, returns, warranties, and shipping issues.
- Operate multiple computer software applications to search for resources tailored to meet customers' needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years direct consumer service experience in a Wholesale/Retail environment
- Must have a High School Diploma
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft applications, including operating multiple applications simultaneously
- Employ strong active listening skills while typing and conversing with customers and company personnel
- Communicate with a positive, professional, empathetic, and customer-focused demeanor
- Approach tasks with a results-oriented mindset to meet performance standards and achieve goals set by the Manager
- Work as a team player, interacting with personnel in all departments
