Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Results: Achieve individual sales, service, and KPI goals by engaging customers, applying Le Creuset’s selling approach, communicating current promotions, and identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.
- Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build meaningful customer relationships, provide personalized service, and confidently share product knowledge and inspiration related to cooking, baking, and entertaining.
- Support Daily Store Operations: Assist with point-of-sale transactions, product replenishment, inventory activities, merchandising, and other operational procedures while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain Brand and Store Standards: Help create a clean, organized, and inviting store environment by supporting Le Creuset’s visual, service, safety, and operational standards.
- Contribute to the Store Team: Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, demonstrate reliability, and adapt to changing priorities during the busy holiday season.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment
- A customer-focused approach with strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work at least 10–15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours based on business needs
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to work throughout the seasonal assignment, which is expected to continue through January 8, 2027
- Ability to stand and walk on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift or carry up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- A genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and the Le Creuset brand
