Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Key Holder role based in Cumming, GA. As a Key Holder, you will support the store team by opening and closing the store, ensuring operational excellence, and leading the sales floor during assigned shifts. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist customers in selecting products, provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, and help maintain the store's visual standards. You will also perform key operational tasks such as handling cash, restocking inventory, and supporting the team to meet sales goals.

- Strong Product Knowledge to understand and represent Le Creuset’s premium offerings
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with team members and customers
- Experience in Retail Sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives
- Proven Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to foster positive client interactions
- Demonstrated ability to handle responsibilities such as opening, closing, and managing store operations during shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior retail or key holder experience is preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
