Executive Chef and Partner, Quoc Luong, features traditional Vietnamese recipes alongside contemporary takes on classic dishes. We're happy to accept applications for all FOH positions: servers, bartenders, bussers, food runners, hosts, etc. We seek food service and hospitality professionals who are personable, knowledgeable, humble, dedicated, and dependable. Our hosts should be well-spoken, great communicators. They should exude warmth and friendliness, while committed to upholding our restaurant policies. The ability to multi-task, work well in a team, and demonstrate grace under pressure in a quick-paced environment is key. Though not required, a minimum of one year's experience in an upscale/fine dining environment (or relevant customer service position) is highly preferred. Strong incoming knowledge of OpenTable Guestcenter is a huge plus. Though we're open to part-time employees, our ideal candidates would have full-time availability, with an open and flexible schedule.
