Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and sales-oriented Office Team Member. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and sales responsibilities. You’ll be the first point of contact for families, helping them feel welcome while also guiding them through class options and membership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Greet and assist parents, children, and visitors with a warm, positive attitude
- Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Provide accurate information about classes, camps, events, and policies
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Sales & Enrollment
- Promote and sell class memberships, programs, and special events
- Guide prospective families through the enrollment process
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into registrations
- Upsell additional programs, camps, or retail items when appropriate
Administrative Duties
- Manage class schedules, registrations, and attendance records
- Process payments, invoices, and basic financial transactions
- Maintain organized customer records and databases
- Assist with daily office operations and reporting
Facility Support
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area
- Coordinate with coaches and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support special events, birthday parties, and seasonal programs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or front desk roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling/payment systems
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Energetic, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Experience in youth programs, fitness, or gymnastics environments
- Sales or commission-based experience
- Bilingual abilities
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday 12:00pm-7:30pm, Saturday-Sunday 8:30am-3:00pm (must be available on the weekends)
