Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed
- Support food preparation tasks such as basic food handling and ingredient setup when required
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations
- Help with light food preparation or catering support during busy service times or events
- Ensure timely turnover of clean dishes to kitchen staff for ongoing food service operations
Skills
- Experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments preferred
- Knowledge of basic cleaning and sanitation standards in a culinary setting
- Familiarity with food handling, catering, and banquet experience is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments
