Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through friendly recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards.
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and ensuring the dining environment remains inviting and organized.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering positive guest relations.
- Maintain knowledge of product descriptions to assist customers selection.
- Support sanitation protocols by adhering to food handling regulations and cleanliness standards throughout shifts.
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
