Skills:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook/Chef or similar role in a catering or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality pastries
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision in decorating pastries
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Creativity and ability to develop new pastry recipes
