Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Revenue Integrity Manager based in Memphis, TN, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Revenue Integrity Manager will oversee reviews of billing procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accuracy in billing processes, and maximized revenue capture. Daily responsibilities include auditing coding and billing practices, analyzing financial data related to reimbursement, collaborating with clinical and non-clinical teams to identify opportunities for revenue improvement, and addressing discrepancies in charge capture. The role also involves providing training and mentoring to staff to ensure adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in medical billing, coding, and charge capture processes
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and third-party payer requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for reviewing financial trends and identifying revenue opportunities
- Ability to train, mentor, and lead staff in revenue integrity practices
- Advanced proficiency in financial reporting tools and healthcare management software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Relevant certifications such as CPC, CCS, or CHRI are a plus
