Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bridal Store Consultant located at our Doylestown, PA boutique. Responsibilities include assisting brides through the dress selection process, providing personalized customer service, managing and organizing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Additional duties involve maintaining an inviting and professional environment, participating in team trainings, and ensuring that each client enjoys a memorable and positive experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build genuine connections and provide personalized assistance
- Retail Sales experience with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering an enjoyable customer journey
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage inventory, appointment schedules, and store presentation
- Experience in Training and collaborating with team members to maintain a high level of service and expertise
- Passion for bridal fashion and a keen understanding of wedding gown trends and styles
- Exceptional attention to detail and a positive, empathetic attitude
- Previous experience in a bridal or luxury retail environment is a plus
