Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of smoothies, beverages, and food items with precision and care, following established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions, processing cash and card payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering product recommendations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely beverage and food delivery without compromising quality
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, café work, or retail sales transactions is highly preferred
- Familiarity with beverage preparation, including non-alcoholic drinks and coffee experience, is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing
- Strong math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate change distribution
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in food safety and cleanliness standards
- Basic understanding of food industry regulations and proper food handling techniques
