What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at LDX Marketing?
LDX Marketing is hiring a mid-level Graphic Designer to join our team by May 1st, 2026.
This is not a passive design role. We are looking for someone who understands how creative translates into performance. The right candidate has hands-on Klaviyo experience (fully implementing creatives), a strong foundation in email marketing (hierarchy and beyond), and a portfolio that reflects both design excellence and marketing effectiveness (how your campaigns and work effectively drove results).

We are a Master Platinum Klaviyo Partner, having generated over $390M in client-attributed revenue since 2019 on various platforms (Klaviyo, REDO, HubSpot, and beyond). Our founder also worked directly at Klaviyo, helping develop the foundation and early structure of the company’s Onboarding Team, shaping how brands are successfully activated and scaled on the platform.
We’ve supported 280 clients with a 90% retention rate for managed clients retained 3 years, building long-term partnerships rooted in measurable results.

Your Responsibilities:
- Design high-performing emails aligned with brand and conversion goals
- Collaborate closely with strategists and client to execute on campaign strategy
- Maintain consistency across multiple brands, industries, and creative outputs
- Stay ahead of design trends, platform updates, and competitive landscapes
- Operate within structured timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts
- Present creative work internally and, when needed, directly to clients (brochures, presentations, etc.)
- Continuously refine your design approach based on performance and feedback
What we are looking for (all qualifications below must be met):
- 2 year of hands-on experience within Klaviyo (other platforms are a bonus as well)
- 4 years of experience in email marketing design
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and workflows simultaneously
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
Bonus:

- Website design experience (UX/UI understanding preferred)

Compensation:
$2,000 – $3,000/month (contract, based on experience)
Start date:
No later than May 1st, 2026.
This is a 1099 contractor role. You are responsible for managing your own taxes, legal requirements, and filings in accordance with your state or country.
