We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Applicant must be conformable preforming personal cares.
Position Description and Responsibilities
Assistance with getting dressed, grooming needs, eating, drinking, toileting and bathing and personal hygiene
Transfers and mobility assistance
Help maintain current level of functioning
Assure the quality of life
Anyone can be a DSP, no experience is necessary, but you must be willing to learn. LDR is licensed by DHS and follows state guidelines for training: all training is provided and paid. This is an ideal position for outgoing people looking for something extra in their life.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
