LDPI, Inc. (www.ldpi-inc.com) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve our production operations through hands‑on engineering, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role works across design, manufacturing, facilities, and operations to enhance product manufacturability, efficiency, and workplace safety.
What You’ll DoCollaborate with engineering, production, and cross‑functional teams to improve product design and manufacturability
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes, systems, and workflows
Design and implement new equipment, tooling, fixtures, and process improvements
Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and standard work documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction
Assist with facility layout and workflow optimization
Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
Provide daily technical support on the production floor
What We’re Looking ForStrong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Proven ability to work independently and cross‑functionally
Excellent communication, organization, and decision‑making skills
Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Experience with manufacturing engineering and product design
Education & ExperienceAssociate degree in an engineering‑related field required (Bachelor’s preferred)
Experience with manufacturing environments, equipment, and tooling
Familiarity with facility systems and business software applications
