Project Manager/Construction Administrator Position, MUST have valid architectural firm experience for application. Position is directing all projects being turned over from design department at the commencement of construction, bidding and permitting thru project turn-over of hospitality projects. THIS IS NOT a design position it is fulfillment of drawings, project management and construction coordination from the architecture side.
Position requires 6 plus years experience working in the Architectural field. advanced drafting abilities in REVIT or Cad is mandatory.
Responsibilities includes organizing and reviewing CD/Permit drawings and specifications. Supervise projects during construction including organizing submittals and sample reviews, attending site meetings and coordinating and necessary adjustments to design or specifications
Responsibilities will include coordination with consulting engineers, contractors, and vendors during final production of construction drawings to ensure quality ,accuracy, scope and budget parameters have been met. At commencement of construction provide timely coordination to contractor and client in providing architects' construction administration services.
Understanding architectural construction documents and construction procedures is a prerequisite.
Must be able to organize and direct multiple projects during build-out process. This position includes full coordination of Hospitality Architecture/ Interior Design projects during construction to ensure a quality project and service to the firm's clients.
Salary/benefits based upon experience
This is a blended in-office and remote position with 28 hours initially to start and adjusted for the amount of construction scope underway. All travel and project reimbursables are covered.
Computer skills with architecture REVIT / CAD proficiency required
