Reporting to the Creative Lead, the Creative Video Coordinator is responsible for crafting stories through the pre-production, filming, and editing of video content. This position works as a key part of the marketing team, serving a supportive role in trade show initiatives.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Exhibit LDJ’s core values and culture in all aspects of the job.
- Video content creation across planning, filming, and post-production:
- Pre-Production: Scripting, staging, location scouting, equipment preparation.
- Filming: A-roll and B-roll shooting, drone, gimbal, GoPro, lighting, and audio.
- Post-Production: Footage organization, editing video and audio, motion graphics creation, and equipment care.
- Develop fresh and creative concepts for video storytelling.
- Support trade shows through on-site video capture, marketing assistance, setup, and teardown
- Equipment Maintenance & Purchasing: Ensure video equipment is regularly cleaned, maintained, and properly stored after use. Provide informed suggestions on new equipment needs.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead and cross-functional team members to support marketing video campaigns, while aligning video content with the overall marketing strategy and leadership vision.
- Provide creative feedback and participate in brainstorming sessions to help drive the overall video content strategy.
- Performs additional related duties as assigned.

- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel for out-of-state shoots and trade shows.
- Occasional evening and weekend work.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable working experience (2-4 years) is required, preferred degrees in marketing, communications, videography, or related field.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects or similar software.
- Experience producing content for YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram and other online platforms.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but will be a strong collaborator and influencer for the business through the development and execution of the visual content strategy.
Travel:
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time with a valid driver’s license.
