- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
- Process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain customer database and records accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in commercial printing industry
- Knowledge of digital press & bindery
- Familiarity with large format printing, and print production processes
