Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

Position Overview:
As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will perform essential tasks to ensure the health and aesthetic appeal of our clients' lawns and gardens. Your responsibilities will include mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, and maintaining landscape beds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow and trim lawns using various types of mowers and equipment
- Operate blowers to clear debris from lawns, driveways, and walkways
- Weed garden beds, flower beds, and other landscaped areas
- Trim and shape shrubs and bushes to maintain their health and appearance
- Assist in landscape installation and renovation projects as needed
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain equipment and tools for optimal performance
- Communicate with team members and supervisors effectively
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred
- Proficiency in operating lawn maintenance equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers)
- Knowledge of plant care, maintenance practices, and weed control
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
