Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is looking for a dedicated Administrative Program Specialist A to provide operational and programmatic coordination to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of services delivered within the residential treatment program for pregnant women with substance use disorders and their dependent children. This position will be required to work as part of a treatment team to provide quality care and reduce the stigma related to Integrated Care Services and/or treatment.

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field; OR
A bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
- Assists in monitoring compliance with LDH regulations, CARF accreditation standards, and agency polices. Acts as a first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment, while supporting the intake and discharge processes for clients, ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed properly.
- Maintains program documentation, operational reports, and records necessary for internal review and external audits. Maintains accurate records, client files, and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality requirements; also tracks insurance verification, consumer financial eligibility documentation, and program-related administrative records.
- Prepares payroll documents, ensures that manager/supervisor audits local payroll documents for accuracy, and enters local payroll documentation into LAGov HCM.
- Assists leadership in coordinating daily program operations and supporting implementation of the RISE treatment model, including monitoring operational workflows and service delivery processes to ensure alignment with program goals and regulatory standards. Also, assists leadership in reviewing program performance indicators and identifying operational improvements.
- Serves as a coordination point for communication between program staff, external partners, and community stakeholders, as well as assists in coordinating consumer intake processes and supporting service coordination activities, including referrals, transportation, and supportive services. Supports program outreach activities, workshops, and community engagement initiatives related to the RISE Treatment Center.
- Assists leadership in identifying operational challenges and supporting the implementation of quality improvement strategies. Participates in internal program evaluation activities and assists in collecting and organizing program performance data
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: Probational, Promotional, Demotion, Lateral Transfer, or Detail to Special Duty
Compensation: NEDHSA is a designated approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site. Clinicians who work at NHSC-approved sites are eligible to apply to the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to pay off student loans.
- 2-year Full-Time Clinical Practice: NHSC will pay up to $50,000* for an initial 2 years of full-time clinical practice to clinicians.
