About this Job
We're looking for a Behavioral Health Center Manager-A to join our Beauregard & Allen Clinics. Our Behavioral Health Services division provides comprehensive and coordinated outpatient services to individuals with mental illness and/or an addictive disorder (alcohol, drugs, or gambling) for both adults and children.
Minimum Qualifications
A master’s degree in a social science, health or human services, or health administration field plus three years of experience in health services, social services, nursing, or counseling; OR
A doctorate in a social science, health or human services, or health administration field, or a medical degree plus two years of experience in health services, social services, nursing, or counseling.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
- Plans, implements, and directs outpatient behavioral health treatment services at the Allen and Beauregard Clinics under the direct supervision of the Behavioral Health Division Director.
- Ensuring the provision of outpatient psychiatric mental health, substance use, and co-occurring treatment services; coordinating care with community support programs/ contracts; and interacting with all referral sources such as primary care providers, justice systems and DCFS.
- Provides direct behavioral health clinical services and serves as back up for licensed therapy/ counseling staff, in times of staffing shortages, illness, etc.
- Directly supervise the work product and performance of subordinate staff. Reviews time and attendance records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Conducts

Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC)
